50% whole clusters with 50% direct-pressed juice pumped over the top. Infused for 3-4 weeks. Aged in barrel for 10-11 months.

I think that this wine could have used a little bit more time in barrel to finish its processes. But has still been incredibly delicious. Carignan often reminds me of Gamay, its so structural and brooding, and this really reminds me of Jambon’s estate wines.
