2018 Sea Shells
Direct-pressed Sauvignon Blanc from Feliz Creek. Barrel fermented and aged. The wine was great for a year or so but started to decline. I saw promise in the vineyard though and learned that the site needed some skin contact to properly feed the yeasts for a healthy ferment. I think I bottled it too early as well.
