Fruit from Feliz Creek in Hopland. Old, stressed, dying Sauvignon Blanc. Destemmed and macerated for 1 week. Aged in barrel for 10 months.
Heavily inspired by Lucy Margaux Wildman blanc which I was obsessed with at the time. An attempt at delicacy with orange wines. These wines are still fantastic.
